Production area comprises of 60,000 sq. meters, of which 20,000 sq. meters are covered.
Shipbuilding Halls are fitted with EOT.
Slipways are fitted with gantry.
Machine shop fitted with modern machinery and equipment.
Workforce comprises, among others, qualified and experience Naval Architects & Engineers, skilled workers and class certified welders.
SAFETY
Anyone entering the yard
in working hours uses overhual, safety shoes
and helmet. Workers use hand gloves suiting
the nature of works. Fabrication hall, shipbuilding
halls & slipways are fitted with water
hydrant, in addition to usal stationary
firefighting system.
ENVIRONMENT
The Shipyard slips vessels
on rail-wheel system to avoid contamination
of river waters by dangerous slipping composite.
It has nearly no emission into the atmosphere.
Trees bordering the yard upgrade the environment.
