We ensure the quality. Quality is of utmost
significance and is therefore very carefully
controlled. Besides other routine equipment
to measure various properties of the cotton,
sliver and yarn, the Lab is equipped with
a H.V.I spectrum to check the suitability
of the cotton from each bale and according
to the results; the bale would either be
accepted or rejected. The software in the
machine is able to select the bales, which
do not meet the set standards and compile
a list of them automatically. Ulster AFIS
is used to measure & control quality of
inputs & outputs of each section in the
production process. The USTER UT5 tester
is to test sliver, roving and yarn. Frequent
samples are taken and tested meticulously.
The level of computerization of the machines
on the factory floor also means that their
performance can be monitored from the lab.
