- The first Computer-aided Automation Steel Cutting was introduced in shipbuilding in Bangladesh in 2004.
- Ananda secured the direct export order first in Bangladesh in 2004.
- Ananda secured direct export order from Europe (Denmark) in 2005.
- In 2006 Ananda exported vessels (Wooden hull) first from Bangladesh after centuries.
- Ananda has built bi-metal Fast Petrol Craft in 2007.
- Ananda has exported the 1st seagoing container vessel on 15th May 2008.
