Ananda Shipyard and Slipways Limited (ASSL) was incorporated in 2 June 1999 as a private limited company. It was converted to
public limited company on 20 December 2009 by a special resolution.
The pioneer enterprise Ananda Builders Ltd., established in 1983 with prime activities in shipbuilding and engineering, continues to
grow in the congenial investment atmosphere created by our Govt. for investment in the private sector.
